Payments

We support transactions via PayPal and PayPal ‘s handling of major credit cards through a secure, on-line, real-time credit card processing system. This is the standard method of purchase. The charge will appear on your statement as “Your payment to PodiumRacingOnline”.

Cancelled Orders

It is possible to cancel an order at any time until it has shipped. All cancelled orders that have been paid for through PayPal will incur a 10% administrative fee that covers our expenses such as merchant services, order processing, etc.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Podium Racing purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you will have the option to return the product in exchange for store credit. In order to return an item you must contact us at 1-844-POD-IUM6, (844) 763 4866, or email us at [email protected]. No returns will be accepted without previously contacting Podium Racing and receiving return authorization.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused with all its packaging,. Parts that have been used on a bike or damaged in any way are not eligible for return. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. A 20% restocking fee may apply to certain parts, please contact us with questions.

If a package is delivered to you with damage contact us immediately and we will help you initiate a claim with the shipping company to repair or replace the damaged item(s).

Please make arrangements to receive packages when they are scheduled to be delivered as neither Podium Racing nor the shipping company accept any responsibility for packages once they have been delivered (even if they are left outside your residence). You can request a signature to be required for delivery in the comment section during checkout

Shipping

Our shipping department is open for questions Monday through Saturday, from 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time. Your order will ship from our warehouse within North America. In most cases we ship USPS. We strive to ship orders quickly so most orders will ship within 24 hours of being placed. It is possible for delays to occur but we work hard to avoid these. If there will be any delays on your order we will immediately notify you via email.

We ship worldwide daily and you can get a shipping quote through this site by adding the items to your cart and going to the first step of the checkout process for pricing and shipping options. Quotes are pulled in real time from the shipping companies using our address, your address and the item weight. We will notify you of changes to the shipping charge if any are necessary.
